| Polar Bears at the Alaska Zoo |
We spent a nice morning at the
Alaska Zoo in Anchorage. Most of the animals in the zoo are the animals that you would expect to see in Alaska. There weren't many people there when we arrived, but around lunch-time more people arrived.

Zoo admission was $12, which was about right for a zoo that size. Some zoos are certainly bigger, but this zoo gave us the opportunity to see animals native to Alaska. It was well worth the time and expense.
